R92Vp51qqCYLU4pdVOttUO2zMmtyHuq51LGLK_JKoqo,lDHaFdAC3KS8s3wS6UM-ovlRtEnby4deNCrhRkEQYAUElite OC Productions was responsible for the full production of The World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) Holiday Party at a private residence in the beautiful Palos Verdes Estates on December 13, 2014. This Holiday Party had 60 guests in attendance.
Elite OC Productions designed, printed and assembled the Save the Date as well as the invitations. We proposed and presented unique experience ideas and décor elements to really wow guests. We also managed the timeline and budget and coordinated all vendors. On the day of, Elite OC Productions managed event set up and strike as well as the event itself.

As guests pulled up to the event, they were warmly greeted by valet. As they walked down the long flight of stairs to the entryway, each step was lined with various sized cylinders with floating candles. The trees near the stairs were decorated with countless white Christmas lights. Once guests made their way inside, white-gloved servers greeted them with glasses of Prosecco on silver trays. The white-gloved servers directed guests down the stairs for the cocktail reception which was equipped with a full bar, holiday music, a spectacular cheese and charcuterie display, provided by Drago Catering, and an oversized projection screen that featured a looping video montage of past events that the WPO Golden West members had previously attended.
Once all of the guests had arrived, the white-gloved servers directed them outside to gather around the pool for a surprise performance. Once all of the guests were gathered, six synchronized swimmers dressed in red suits with multi-colored swim caps came down the stairs and proceeded to jump into the infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking view of the Los Angeles city lights. The swimmers performed 3 holiday songs, “Baby it’s Cold Outside”, “All I Want for Christmas is You” and “Let it Snow”.

After the performance, guests were then directed to go up a different set of stairs that led to the home’s family room. Elite OC Productions transformed the family room into a whimsical winter dining area. All of the pre-existing furniture was removed and replaced with round tables and Silver Chiavari chairs. The Tables featured Camila Teal Linens with three different types of chair covers. Two tables had Aleah Lace Nu Silk Radiant Blue Covers with matching chair pads, two tables had Aleah Lace Nu Silk Teal covers and the center table had Nu Silk Platinum Rosette Belts with matching platinum chair pads. Both Tables had matte satin silver napkins and custom menus alternating between teal and light blue that were adorned with rhinestones and matching place cards. The centerpieces were in tall clear and silver vases that had an over the top flower arrangement filled with white flowers, pine cones, silver painted leaves and other silver elements. Each arrangement had frosted branches that went out in different directions making each piece unique. Surrounding these large arrangements were light blue candlesticks and smaller arrangements in silver vases. Elite OC Productions worked closely with Wildflower Linen to create a wonderful holiday dining experience. All of the décor was carefully chosen to tie into this elegant holiday feel, the sparkling silver elements worked well to get people feeling festive.

Once guests took their seats, they were met with yet another surprise. An Opera singer came out to sing a Christmas tune and two a Capella Italian songs. Guests were mesmerized by his beautiful performance.
Guests enjoyed an elaborate 3-course meal prepared by Drago Catering. Since the family room sat next to the kitchen, guests were able to watch Chef Celestino cook right in front of them! After dinner guests were invited to go back downstairsto enjoy a spectacular display of holiday desserts and after dinner drinks. Elite OC Productions especially enjoys the holiday season and is always up for putting on a spectacular production!

Assistance League of Saddleback Valley

tem_2699Elite OC Productions was happy to work with Assistance League for their 2014 Annual Christmas Tree Luncheon on December 6, 2014 at the Balboa Bay Club. The theme for this year’s Luncheon was “Making Spirits Bright”. All proceeds benefit the chapter’s eight philanthropic programs. Their members and supporters help those in our local community live a more fulfilling life. Elite OC Productions role in this event was the silent auction, live auction and raffle items.

Elite OC Productions was in charge of the design and display of all silent auction, live auction, and the raffle items. We put together all of the baskets and typed up all of the boards and put them on sparkly gold backing and put them on black fabric boards. The bows on the baskets were red with gold ornaments. This added to the festive theme of this wonderful event. Assistance League also had lamps on display as part of the silent auction. In addition to the silent auction items, there were also 11 small Christmas Tree’s that were all themed different. For example, one was a Grinch themed tree and one was a lottery themed tree with all different kinds of scratchers and lottery tickets on it. The Elite OC Productions team delivered all of the items to the Balboa Bay Club and set up all displays on the day of.

This was a very successful event for Assistance League and Elite OC Productions loved working with these amazing women! We are looking forward to next year.

Private 60th Birthday

IMG_7293Elite OC Productions did it again! An absolutely fabulous 60th birthday party went off without a flaw at Crystal Cathedral. Although it was a birthday party, the evening had an exciting itinerary in store for the guests.

Guests arrived for a 4pm Mass at Christ Cathedrals’ newly renovated Arboretum.  A lovely service was had and they were off to the next location, the Cultural Center. The ground floor of the center was set with cocktail tables, modern lounge furniture and a delicious build-your-own Bruschetta bar by Wyndham Hotels. The entire event featured a variety of wines from Trinitas Cellars. Guests enjoyed white wine and some bubbly until they were invited into Freed Theater for a short holiday program. The program began with a short video dedicated to the Birthday Boy made up of family and friends. The Carmelite sisters sang some favorite holiday tunes followed by the impressive vocal cords of professional opera tenor, Chad Berlinghieri. They came together for an ensemble performance at the conclusion to wish a happy birthday to the Host and a Happy Holidays to all.

Guests then went up the stairs to the main floor of the Cultural Center where an informal dinner experience was the highlight of the evening. Elite OC Productions split the Cultural Center, a beautiful new addition to Christ Cathedral built in 2003, main floor into four décor concepts to represent the Birthday Boy’s favorite locations; Napa Valley, New York City, his hometown of Michigan, and Italy. Each location featured its own food stations and unique tasting experience of Trinitas Cellars wines.

The Napa area was full of grapes, vines and wine barrels. Centerpieces made of fresh grapes and greens sat upon the bronzed linens of each dining table. A beautiful backdrop of Trinitas Cellars was placed behind it all to complete the Napa look. As guests walked further through the room they were welcomed into each location.

New York sat on a bright red carpet with contemporary red and black furniture with zebra print pillows. It featured a modern black bar topped with a New York banner. Instead of your typical dining tables, the seating in the New York area were two high-top tables with an industrial feel to them. Guests who sat at the high-tops of New York had a nice view of the rest of the festivities.

A beautiful backdrop that sat in the Michigan area was of the Market founded by the family in Michigan. Paper grocery bags from the store and fresh vegetables lined the area. The Bright reds, yellows and greens of the vegetable centerpieces really popped against the earth-toned area.

Elite OC Productions is always happy to create a luxurious set-up, so that is exactly what we did for Italy. The final area was set with a beautiful silver and white vignette set along with a cookie tower of Double Tree Hotel’s famous chocolate chip cookies. The dining tables had silver linens with lovely white rose centerpieces. Guests danced the night away to tunes by Sinatra and even a little Lionel Richie.

Elite OC Productions thoroughly enjoyed putting this event together and had a lot of fun with all of the creative elements that went into it.
